The next HAG general meeting will be held on 24th November, 2010 at 19:30 in the Little John Inn, Hathersage.
The agenda is as follows:

- Update on progress with:
- lease
- footpaths
- landscape design
- funding / donations / subs
- Poll of intended allotment holders and size of plot required (½ or ¼ standard plot size i.e. 120m2 or 60m2); plot sharing
- Outline of work to be done and call for volunteers

Any member is entitled to appoint another person as a proxy to exercise all or any of the member’s rights to attend and to speak and vote at a general meeting of the Company using a form supplied by the company and it must be received at the Company Secretary’s postal or email address not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting.
